If u read in the thread above, you will find Cobra springs that lower approx 20mm and are quite cheap.
H&R's are the ones i have just bought, expensive but supposedly very good! They defo fit nicely.

Unfortunately im not sure if anybody has been brave enough to try them. The springs state that the lower the car by 20mm, that would be all around fromnt and rear. So i would assume it would sit level.

The S2 as standard is lowered 30mm in comparison to all other CQ models. So 20mm would be enough to give a fairly agressive stance.

Give it a go, ive used some fairly cheap springs before that were supplied as part of my Koni SSK kit and they were fine, sat nice and level.

I have H&R springs for a 20V Coupe quattro fitted to my 3B, I got them second hand off James/RE2500 a couple of weeks ago to experiment with. The ride and handling is greatly improved over the ABY coupe springs I had fitted before and the car sits about 20mm or so lower, also it is evenly low front/rear which is nice. I do have pro mounts on the front which I think raises the ride hight by a few millimetres. I have yellow Konis on the front and Sash sporting dampers on the rear both have shorter travel than standard dampers. Also I have removed a fair bit of weight from the front end and have stripped out most of the interior.

I think you can buy these new for a lot less than the S2 ones, so they might suit your requirements. However I don't expect they would work as well on an ABY Coupe due to the difference in mass. Will post up a couple of photos in a bit so you can check it out, if I can get my younger brother to take some pics that is.

What size rims are they on your car? 17 or 18 inch superturismo's by the look of things?

The wheels are 7" X 17" ET 40 Toora light weight comp rims. The front are spaced out 4mm because of the Alcon bells and the rears have 8mm Eibach spacers. I'm still on my winter tyres which are 205/45's Toyo's, I haven't got round to sticking the 225 45 Contis on yet.

I'm not a fan of big wheels as they weigh more and do nothing favourable for the handling on the sort of roads I drive on.
