Haha, yeah not sure why the repressed anger is so strong when I'm only tryiing to make their vehciles look like the amazingness they are...almost like free advertising, right?! So, if anyone is willing to acquire them and send them over I'd be incredibly grateful for the help!

Because it isn't a Porsche specific part number they do not carry them...I did try and use the 993 mirror seals but they 100% do not fit up well against the Coupe's doors...

If there is an additional cost one would like to have these orered and sent over I'd be glad to entertain anything as I'm stuck to what alternatives I have...the only other thing is to cut some 6mm rubber gasket material and hope it works...

So I'm using some 2mm rubber gasket material for the seals but I'm noticing an issue with the mirrors wanting to wander upwards when tightening the upper screw into the bracket behind the mirror...I'm trying another method without having to cut the actual door...I'm attempting to cut the mirror crescent ear-like stop so it fits the hole without cutting the door...Any suggestions from anyone who's done this upgrade? I also noticed that the mirror gives perhaps a little smaller view plane than the stock OE mirrors...this is common, right? The wiring was easy and works great so that's a plus..

So would I be correct to assume the tan/brown covering on the above photo of the eBay.de auction image (post #2) might be a peel-off adhesive side for attaching to the door shell?

I would have had theese in the garage. Bought from tradition but not fitted yet

but i guess you dont need them anymoore? And i dont think they would come there so quickly.
And i think the adhesive should be against the mirror .

Thank you for the replies and PMs in efforts for support! You enthusists all rock! I was able to make use of the 2mm rubber gasket material and it actually looks pretty good. I dod not have photos yet as I am now trying to get the passenger-side mirror wired up which doesn't share the same wire colors as listed on http://www.s2power.com/porsche%20spiegels%20en.htm. THe driver-side woired up great and all functions work...can anyone help me figure out what the wire colors are for what purpose on the Coupe?

Anyone know or have the wiring diagram for the 1990 Coupe Quattro mirror wiring? In a perfect world the DS and the PS wires woudl be the same, but they're not on mine...yowza!
