1z boost leak test.

As title suggests, I would like to do a busy leak test on my daily 80 tdi but just want to check what pressures I should be looking for and do I need to blank anything off?

I just pressurised the turbo inlet, didn't hold anything. Turned out that 3/4 of the turbo-inlet pipe was split, after replacing that the intake managed to hold 1Bar without anything else leaking obviously. If the tractor had managed to plow ahead with this kind on boost leak, then keeping this 1Bar pressure feeled more than enough Keep in mind that the 1Z engine is only 66kW, so the boost cant be significantly higher than that anyway.

What is the easiest way to pressurize inlet manifold? How did you make it?
