  • Any interest in UrS4 rear brake adapters for 310x22 discs

Does anyone have a stock UrS4/6 rear caliper alround to measure the fastening hole dimensions/bolt pattern? Size of the holes and the distance between them?

    Cheers

Ok, seems that the bolts are M10x1.25mm and the pattern distance is 90mm.

I did adapter prototypes yesturday for A8 310x22mm discs to fit with stock calipers and carriers in urs4/6. The offset seems to be just right but need to do evo II version, can't fit the second two bolts, there is not room enough.

Need also to find M10x1.25x20mm 10,9 tensile bolts.

Depends of the bolts what can be found(M10x1.25x20mm 10.9 or 12.9) I could do the material thickness the other way. Thicker adapter and thinner spacers. Well, this adapter material is 8mm thick and high tensile steel. The tensile strenght is about double compared to normal multisteel, so it should easily hold.

It's a really tight fit. You propably need to grind off some rust and little material from the inside of the carrier. It's designed for a 20mm disc so thats why 22mm is little tight.

                      Edit.

The moderators could change this thread title to: Any interest in UrS4 rear brake adapters for 310x22 discs?

Havn't think about it yet. Depends also on the price of the bolts, would like to do a kit that includes everyhting you need for the mod.
