Are we talking about the factory mpg display in the S2 cluster ?
Mine has gone bad just recently with an ugly crescent shape on it - still functional just looks carp.
I put it down to damage caused by too much sunlight - hilarious for where I live - but genuinely we did get a lot of sunshine this summer and where car was parked up has the cluster facing south - just a theory.Paul Nugent
