    - white side indicators
    - rims (not on the car)

    - B5 Quattro front seats - Do they fit easily ?

    - Chrome exhaust tips - No, dichromate/'black' chrome is more S2.

Nothing wrong with 60/40, it makes car look lowered equally - front arch is higher than rear. I've always used different front/rear lowering ratios without any issues.

Black 'petrol tips'. Agreed re standard small 'diesel turn down tips'.

Less is more with certain bits on the exterior of these cars.

But my posts are just my own biased opinion, which can obviously be disregarded without an issue.

It's just an exchange of subjective ideas amongst members.

I admire and respect your work and your posts, and still do.

                But....

I feel the sill should be benchmark for the level, not the wheel arch heights.

In the UK and Ireland even sill lowering is the preferred choice.

The rear end higher is a European thing, so that's why I feel you prefer it.

Jacked up 1970 / 1980 Ford Cortinas etc. put me off that look.

                Prefer this look.

and others 'level' in the "Showcase the best photo of your Car" thread on here.

Actually this was a trend here 15 years ago. Still remember MK2 Golfs with rear lifted that makes me throw up
That RS2 looks awesome and I'm more than sure its front end is lowered more than back, gaps between wheel and arch are equal. I know you've seen pictures in my thread - at first I had 50/35 and then I went 75/50.

About exhaust tips - 2x70mm straight or tips from C5 diesel if you don't want back end covered with soot. Looks way better that standard B4 tdi tips.

I use 60/40 springs and oddly the car is sitting perfectly level..maybe my rear shocks are past it. Will upload pic to show over wkend
