Hello all,

been on the forum for a long time and recently bought my first S2 off a forum member.

The car is a 1991 S2 Coupe in Ragusa Green with the MTM 303 power upgrade.

The previous owner fitted AP Racing 330mm front brakes and there are some polybushes on the wishbones but that's about it.

Hello all,

been on the forum for a long time and recently bought my first S2 off a forum member.

The car is a 1991 S2 Coupe in Ragusa Green with the MTM 303 power upgrade.

The previous owner fitted AP Racing 330mm front brakes and there are some polybushes on the wishbones but that's about it.

I have jut got a set of KW V3 coilovers, solid subframe mounts and Powerflex bushes for everything else.

Over the next couple of weeks im going to do a full strip down and re-fresh of the suspension getting the sub frames and wishbones powdercoated as part of the process.

Glad to see it is getting some good use. Colour is Emerald Pearl Ben.

Should be a pup once the updates have been made to the suspension. Good luck with it. I don't miss it (much ha ha ha)

Welcome to s2 ownership. The brakes are terrible on the stock S2 so it's a good job you have the better ones. I'd recommend andy Casey's rear disc upgrade as it balances e brakes out nicely

@cottis - thanks I do remember you telling me that now. Just had it fixed in my head it was Ragusa.

@c4s6 - the track is Goodwood. one of my favourites, a very fast track, suits the S2 well. Was very close to getting 140mph on the lavant straight. The AP brakes worked well

Hi TEG This was the first S2 I spotted when I was looking 4/5 years ago and it looked a great spec car but out of my budget, still looks great. Glad your having fun with it.
