I was playing with cracked/damaged bumpers.with not much skill you can use soldering iron(not gun) and sort of the same plastic cut to fit missing bit and weld it together.if it has to be strong you can use a bit of steel mesh which you can easily melt in to the repair.
when hot you can do whatever you want and shape it as you like so i think that's the easiest.then a bit of Samsung paper to smooth it and paint.
Have a look at the steinel kit for a heat gun, i have used that with great sucess including using the stainless mesh to strenghten the join, best if you know what the bumber is made of as well, front of an RS2 is abs whereas the rear is pur, abs is the easier to fix
I would ring round a couple of body shops. See what price to repaired and painted the corner. Then find out how much it is to replace the bumper. How much you can sell your damaged one for. After you have all the information that's when you can decide what to do. What ever you decide I hope you get this sorted out chap. Good luck best regards.
If you still have the broken off bit then it shouldn't be too hard to weld it back on and strengthen with mesh.
If not then you ideally need some plastic of the same type to make a new piece.
I have some pieces of a B5 RS4 front bumper here, not sure if it's ABS though..
