Time to get shorty........... and time to post the project.

I have alwaus liked the urq and spq mostly the sport quattro and i have thinked about it for a long time.
And during the time i am waiting on parts for the other project (the ABT c5) i decided to do this while waiting.
At the 4th April i bougth my self an gt quattro that looked and seams fine.

The goal is to make a sport quattro look a like not 100% but as good as it can..
I am not going to change the a pilar at this point of time.

2007-04-07 i striped down the car.

found some monny to keep my project going on,,

What is the proper way to do the "A" pillar? I was thinking that a B2 2 door sedan (saloon) would be a good start, mated to the rear of a CGT or better CGTq. However, I am not sure whether the length of the 2 dr sedan doors is the same as the CGT. I am also not sure if the front end of the 2 dr sedan is the same as the CGT and/or whether the rear part of a CGT is the same as a CGTq. The problem is I am in Canada and we got neither the 2 dr Sedan (but the US did) and we did NOT get any CGTq's just CGT.

Anyway, I really like your project. I only wish we got CGTq's here.

yes the 2 dor salon is exelent as donor.
                      the doors is same lenght.
Problem is to find them here to.

You can use a CGT and then use a type 85 q and weld the botom together.
