  • My urS6 saloon low'n'slow

Figured its about time i make a thread for one of my cars.
Bought this car after it sat on the barn for 3 years, not driveable.
Bought it of a friend, so it was never advertised.
urs6 saloons are very rare in Norway, so I'm super glad i got my hands on one of them

Heres a couple pictures of the car, 4 years before i bought it.

    A4 allroad wheels

Came with some nice Oz futura wheels

Just had to try my Lamborghini wheels from my A4.
19x11 et55.3 all around. 33mm spacer in front to clear the struts.

Got a reconditioned k24-7000 turbo, and made a custom 3" downpipe for it

Fitted XYZ 355 brakes in the front

    Futuras needed alot of work.
Started to polish the lips, and mounted them for testing.
Ended up mounting them, just to see how big lips i could buy new hehe

    Also painted the centerpiece.
Got some new polished centercaps with carbonrings aswell

    Color ended up really nice.
Have a great effect in the light

Ended up with Radinox lips all around.
    2.75" fronts and 3.75" rears

Final specs for the wheels are 18x9.75 et25 fronts, and 19x11.75 et18 rears

Also had to try them out on my A4 daily driver.
Ended up running these for a couple months.
Was low enought with 18s, as i do not have airride.

Also got the camber/caster plates from Thuppu in order to mount these wheels.

          Great story, and photos.

I remember the original owner's photos from Google Images of "UrS6".

          Thanks for sharing.

These cars are getting rarer and rarer, with not too many made in the first place, compared to other 'classics'. Good to see it being cared for.

          Best wishes.
