I'm trying to get hold of exhaust manifold studs, the 27mm RS2 items. Audi main agent in Exeter and TPS say item is obsolete. But can get the longer 35mm m8 studs. I'm fitting Rs2 turbo and Wagner exhaust manifold. Does this mean cutting the studs to correct length or does anyone know where I can get the correct length studs?
They can supply the nuts and the washers. Are people installing the washers on the Wagner manifold. From the photographs I have seen it doesn't look like people are using them.
Audi and TPS also cannot supply the downpipe or turbo to manifold gaskets. Where can I get these?
Also, should I replace the turbo oil feed/return gaskets and the four long turbo to manifold studs? Where can I get them?
I have everything else, including my spare ECU which PRJ has just remapped for me.
