  • Help with brake lines and banjo bolts for urs6

I finally have everything to do the 17z upfront and boxster s out back on my
urs6. One question I'm having trouble finding the answer to is will my goodridge
stainless brake lines that are for the urs6 work and what banjo bolts do I need to make
them work as I've seen 3 or 4 different offset banjo bolts for Porsche calipers.
Also if any of you know a good place to source the banjo bolts or some part
    numbers. Any help appreciated.

I used the goodridge ss braided line from 4pistons brembo GT series.
It's bolt right up with banjo bolts.

        For anyone wondering I've contacted
Apikol and they already make brake
lines the connect to the urS on one side
and Porsche calipers on the other. They
told me they work with almost all Porsche
calipers. Each set of brake lines come with
the appropriate banjo bolts. They're $80
usd a pair so $160 for entire car.

FWIW I avoid banjo fittings now on brake lines, they don't seem to seal properly at the 18-20nm torque for the banjo bolt. So you have to over torque them and then risk stripping the treads in your expensive calipers. The swivel fittings are the best way to go IMHO.

I don't either like the banjo fittings on the calipers.

HEL golf mk2 > brembo lines are perfect for the front.

HEL rear bmw e30 m3 > brembo lines are perfect fit for the rear.

Has anyone fitted HEL or Goodridge brake lines for stock HP2 brakes? Prices are pretty much same for all 4 hoses. Any advice or problems i should pay attention?
