Everytime I bid, Im outbid after a few mins- doesnt seem normal. Seller is Shill bidding i reckon. watch this get relisted when he/she gets stuck on the winning bid!

On another note- seller wont start it/buyer cant hear it running- as its been stood 7yrs just incase something seizes she says? so essentially a non runner/bit of a gamble.
