    I think I have a problem, I've bought a 90.
It was possibly going to be broken for spares and so I showed interest and the rest just fell into place!
That's 2 estates, a coupe and a 90 now all requiring a little here and there
Anyway I've been working on it as it was due some love.
Have thrown some money at it and a lot of time.
Timing belt etc, cam cover gasket, oil changed, replacement servo and MC, front pads replaced, ARB link rod, auxiliary rad and coolant flush, brass gear fitted to distributer, new plug leads, replacement injectors.......and other stuff.
I'll let the pictures do the talking.

    That's all for now.

Looking nice, wants me to go and do bits on mine, or buy another, but I'm banned till the other jobs get done.
    What's the interior like ?

Headlining came unstuck yesterday in the heat, great.

Now that you mention it, the headcloth needs re-stuck or replaced.....soon. Rest of interior is very good but the seats aren't that comfy......they remind me of older Mercedes seats....hard!

      Got a few to-do jobs.

Cheers, wasn't too sure if the red DOHC20V would be in poor taste but I quite like it...it's not like the bonnet is see through!

I see some bosch style injectors in place. And not the old hitachi units. Made a big difference on my 90 sport. Engine was running smoother and idle shaking was gone. Car looks great. Headliner is on all these cars a problem by now. I redid mine and also the door panels because they suffer the same problem.

                I believe they're Siemens ones.

Yes, door panel fabric is a bit loose too.

                  nice one John

on the seats: Patrick (quattrostyle) has a pair of Recaros for sale, those should solve the issue

In process of doing my door cards and sunroof lining, with headlining on the cards next... Not really looking forward to it to be honest

The worst parts is getting the old sticky stuff cleaned up. For the door cards i've used a steam cleaner and oputty knife. Was actually quick and easy. Still messy stuff. Headliner a nylon brush. The jacquard satin is available at audi tradition
