  • Front bumper attachment at wings?

So my front bumper has no bolts at the wings and I cant seem to find anything with a thread where I can attach it.

Are the front bumper secured in the wings or at the chassi or what?

    Im a bit pussled.

Also my wings seem to be missing some screws, does anybody have the part numbers?

Seems the previous owners have been a bit sloppy with some of the work.

Got a picture of the snap nut?

And are the snap nuts welded to the wings or can they be fitted now?

          They are like rivet nuts.

I used threaded clips found all over the dashboard.

How about the screws that are used to secure the wings at the arch? It seems to be missing them as well.

I prefer these as well, the originals can start to spin in the fender after some exposure to elements (salt etc BTDT) the threaded clips will not fail and I've had them on the car for few years now and they work great.

I stuck an m6 rivnut through mine. Tops ones ahve rotted out so made up some plates with rivnuts in and riveted them to wing.

Can you still get new wings for coupes?
