Identifying Recirc valve

I have an old recirc valve i know little about. I think its a Forge DV006, can anybody confirm?

Looks like a Forge copy as the real ones have 'Forge' machined into the top.

It think its genuine, maybe early one. Has a few china copies in hand, all was only twin piston design. Also seen a few early genuine DV001 , no logo (and broken diaphrame)

It is old, it came off a car almost a decade ago. Just trying to work out the model so i can order a rebuild kit as the seals could really do with replacement.
