Right position for springs on Audi S2 Coupe ABY

Hi!
I have a noice from my original springs...my friend changed lowering springs to original on my car but after that I have noice from springs like they are breaking....I have looks at springs and the color marks are on top on springs and what I can see from pictures on net colourmarks are on bottomline whats correct?I can't stand with that noise..I have changed upper strut storage to....help!!

Not sure about colour location but when the spring is removed and you will put it on flat surface it will stand straight and if you put it the other way round it want stay straight.this is how you can tell where is the top and bottom.

I thought that to and I saw some pictures and the paint marks was at bottom....okej its time to change and see if noice goes away..thank you all for tips!
