i want to increase my bhp but what genuine audi mods do i get (i already have the afn a4 110 bhp injectors)

What difference did the 110 injectors give?
Have you removed the cat and disabled or blanked the EGR? These two mods have been common practice on other car's I've had but don't see them mentioned too much for the older VAG TDi's.

ahu is a 90bhp engine,same as the 80 1zComment

i have removed egr an had a blank plate made up.
i was under the ahu was the 110. the injectors are from a red I a4 anyway.89 FWD 3B CoupeComment

does Spink do chips for the 1Z TDI???
I have a 1Z 90 BHP 80 TDI, and am looking to do the same thing.
I have a set of AFN injectors (did you need to use VAG_COM to sort the idle????) and an EGR blanking plate. But want a remap after that.Comment

behind glovebox,but easier if you plug in vagcom if you have itComment

Audi A6 2.5TDi have a nice nozzles, if a remember well are 0.216mm.
With 0.216 you can make around 170hp.
To future a agree in use Race 520. 0.260mm.

Since when do you have the AFN injectors installed? Any change in reliability/mileage? And is it plug&play or is a AFN fuel pump needed too ?Comment
