  • Are V6 front wishbones the same as S2?

Have a set of cabriolet front wishbones lying around and wondered if they are the same as the pressed S2 front wishbones? Having a load of stuff blasted and powder coated so thought may as well get them done at the same time.

I believe there the same. I have used a set of pressed cabriolet ones on the RS2 in place of the cast one to have it sitting on it's wheels while working on the RS2 ones.

They're the same, it's the ball joints that are different for B4 cars vs B3 so make sure you get the later, more offset type. TRW do them.

Just to state the obvious for most, to make the most of each thread for all on here, the ball joints for pressed and cast B4 front wishbones are different.
