Goodridge brake lines are way to go. I did mine early this year on my RS2 and they are awesome. I asked also here before i ordered them and most people suggested them. I live in Germany and orderd them direclty from Goodrige in UK.

I have read stories on here regarding braided brake lines that were not particularly awesome? IIRC a guy from Germany experienced a collapsed brake line not long after he had been on a track with the car.

I had Goodridge on my coupe quattro and did not notice a difference at all, no firmer pedal feel or less pedal travel.

Goodridge dont have a kit for the coupe as far as I know.

But you could also get them made by HEL

I know he says he is 4x4, but he does rally prep for many cars, and the hoses are excellent and good value:

Yes and I'm pretty sure there was another similar case.

may need to go custom made then.
                  Cheers

http://www.thinkauto.com , they made hoses up for one of my cars and were excellent. I simply gave them the failed hoses as a pattern and 15 minutes later walked out with a new set.
