Westfalia Removable Towball

Towball to fit the OE towbar I got from Sienna, I'm using the one from a 200 Avant which sits a bit low, so a longer one would be cool.

If I find 2 you will be the first to know! I used the 200 ball for now which kind of works.. I just towed the bike 250miles today, I'm now on holiday in Cornwall. I got some height back on the front of the trailer by unbolting the hitch and bolting it back on below the trailer spine.. seems ok, was pretty stable at 90mph..

Is that 200 ball cast or something else? That could be modified reliably (though illegally) if it's not cast item.

Aaarrgg!! thought it was too good to be true, they just told me they Westfalia haven't got one after all..

After asking Towsure to give Westfalia a gee up, they apparently came back and said they've managed to source one from an OEM supplier.. So I'm now hoping I am going to get one after all. Fingers crossed, I'll let you know.

I have the one you just got .. coupe one? fitted to my RS2, any chance of trying your 200 one? mine sits a bit high.. I have to have the car on the trailor sat way back so there's not too much "ball" weight.........

Firstly the 200 ball doesn't belong to me so I would have to ask about that, second, lowering the ball will make your problem worse, transferring more weight to the ball not less, anyway, if you still want to level the trailer, maybe you can unbolt the hitch and space it upwards with longer bolts. I did the reverse of this with the 200 ball, I bolted the hitch to the underneath of the trailer spine, not ideal as you cant really get your hand through the release handle.
