Anyone with Audi 90 B3 rear lights?

Ah okay, one or two forum members have done this to their Avants. There is a few pics posted on this forum somewhere. Sorry I can't remember who though.

Did it! Looks very very nice. Needen a couple of hours of work, to remove the old light, surrounding plate, and to mod the handle. Modding a handle is easy. All you need is a fex (circular saw?). It is made of alu, so it is very soft to cut. The opening mecanism has to be reset, so the boot opens as soon as you pull the handle. The stock setup is too deep.

nice one john when you say you took 15mm off do you mean the handle length

i take it the coupe number plate surround is to long to give the same effect

As you can see i used the upper part of the original surround. Looks much better.

this mod i now on my list i was worried at first about cutting the handle out but i think ill do it like you lads
