Rieger RS2 front bumpers (56K warning)

Well as per request here is a bunch of pictures of my new Rieger front bumper, RS2 look alike an ABS plastic:

It looks really nice, but there is some fabrication of the brackets the holds the foglights and turn signals and secures the bumper to the chassis of the car.

Suggestions to how these brackets could be made are welcome, then I will take more pictures as I get it fitted!

If someone can take a pic / measurements of the inside of a OEM RS2 bumper you should be able to build your brackets quite easily. Doest have to look to tidy after all as its all covered up...

Carve up the bits you need from an old s2 bumper and glue them in?

Folded up stainless steel brackets, rivetted or screwed to bumper mouldings should do the trick. They will need to be drawn up correctly though....

Could you possible mesure the inside of the bumper so i can know the depth of it (top to bottom), i need one that will cover my new LARGE intercooler.
