aan flywheel

The car is a urs4 aan engine changed to manual from auto.
The flywheel is from a 2.8 v6 240 mm dual mass.
I mounted a sachs new clutch(no springs due to dual mass flywheel)
The center part splited from the external part
The dulal mass flywheel(the clutch side vs the engine side) can be turned left and right by hand a fiew mm.Is this normal?That's why the disc had been broken?
I had a dual mass flywheel broken on my vw lt but it was getting a horrible noise.

What flywheel can be fited on aan?Because the dual mass costs around 800eur(NEW)

I think you will have a problem using that V6 flywheel. The AAN dual mass flywheel PN 034105266C does not cross over to any V6 applications. I suspect one reason might be is the crank position sensor timing pin *could* be unique to the AAN ECU. The ABY flywheel 034105266E crosses over to the RS2 ADU but again, not to any V6s.

Sorry, I think you at least have to find a used AAN flywheel.

By the way, some play in the dual mass flywheel is allowable.

the pin is solved,i mounted one calculating the exact position with the auto"flywheel"(in fact it is not a flywheel)The car is running with the seccond sachs clutch disc,but i don't hnow for how long.This in making me mad...
i'd like to go with a single mass flywheel and a spring tipe clutch disc but i don't know witch...

sm flywheel and NO SPRING disc....Had no problems with that?i mean driving in city or so...

ut im thinking to go to sm fly.The disc is 228 at sm?

I found another sachs code for sale,240 mm,23 teeth....
Tomorow it will be here and i'll see if it has more solid mountings.I'll make pics.

the disc arived today.No good.It was spring tipe and did not fit my dual mass fly'.
I can easy buy a sm fly' from a 2.3 or 2.2 normal aspirated engine.Will be the clutch disc stronger than those 2 discs i have broken?
What part number do you use for aan dm fly' clutch disk?

If you have a dm flywheel you need this disk-881864 999526
If you have a sm flywheel you need this disk-881864 000685

my opinion is throw the dualmass away get a 7a and get happy.

7a fly is hard to find here(romania).7a disc is about 250 eu+pressure plate+fly
aan disc 300 eu(i think audi dealer will sell it)..
what about ng fly+plate+pressure plate?i can easy find all of them(plate and pressure plate new and fly used)

I can get you a 7a fw for 270 euro new...my dealer has 2 in the shelf..
i have some unused aan sachs part in my garage.
i just have to check the numbers and let you know asap.

i found a 240mm(disc size) SM fly.Payed 100 eur for it,BUT:
1.what engine code was it from?034105271f???
2.it has no bearing...i-ll mount one,can it be a normal bearing witx ext and int to fit?
It is very light
It has the timing pin
It is very thin compaired to dm...
What is it??

(7A motor): 034 105 270 K (SMF)
3b,7a,nm are the same numbers.Audi 200/20v is different and wont fit!!!
bearing should be avail. from 034 i think.
