URS4 & URS6 Owners & Front Grille's

I have been thinking about doing a front & rear Badge For the URS4 & URS6...

But before I commit totally to doing these I need some information from Current Owners;

Firstly; does anyone know if the size of the badge is the same as the S2 one? i.e. 64mm Long (2-1/2") x 37mm High (1-1/2")?

Secondly; are the front grille slats the same as the S2 Front Grille's...

I Don't wanna make a set and find out that you cant fit them to the grille...

Any Pictures of Both badges would be helpful too...

I have s2 badges here from you Ken, so I'll get you a few side by side pics in the morning.
I'll also trial fit your s2 front badge to the s6 grille and take a few pics.

Seems that the UrS4 badge is quite bigger than the S2 version. The size is 72,5x39,8x4,2mm. I can also put some pics and measures of the fastening screws on the backside of the badge.

As for fitting on the S2 one we don't use an OEM type fitting it has to slot between the grille slots in a vertical design..







The centers of the holes are 20mm apart... So would need to check that size...

Yes please for the piccy's & if you could include one with a ruler horizontally and vertically so I can get an idea of the proportions that would be great!!

is it possible to change the colour of the red from the s6 to another colour..
i had this one in my e30 beamer and i like it instead of the red( german flag)

I've just compared your s2 badges to those that are installed on my s6. The size is the same but the grille mounting arrangement will have to be different. You'll need to get someone to check the s4.

Here is a pic of my UrS4 badge. Did also a handwritescetch with most measures. Did have a busy day so I didn't had time to do a proper cad drawing. Hope this helps..?

btw on rear limo the badge is not flat

What I need to kow now is the slat spacing on the front grille... Is the URS4 the same as the S2 or is it like the URS6 as Shane S2 Wot says the S2 fitment won't work and need to be rotated by 90 deg so its vertical rather that horizontal!!

Then I get them on the drawing board and made!!


Anyone In Sheffield Area Got a URS4 or URS6 I can have a look at???
