Hi,
I would like to share with you with my latest project, that has been finished recently.
It's a 200sx S13 model with a 2.2T 20V Audi engine. Originally it came of an S2, but has been modified with AAN block, 7A crankshaft, 7A cams.
Engine has been rebuilt using original components and some aftermarket ones:
- Scat conrods,
- AAN pistons machined for lower compression,
- Head complete rebuild - only 7A camshafts went in, no other mods,
- Glyco Sputter main and rods bearings,
- head studs from 2,5TDI V6, 12mm,
- new oil pump from 2,5TDI R5 - modified,
- all seals are new,
Gearbox is an M90H2 Getrag from Volvo 940 diesel. Clutch is a hybrid volvo/audi with strenghtened pressure plate - really really strong... had to train in the gym to be able to operate - no kidding. It is driven by a brake pump ;]
As for bolt-ons:
- custom made Plenum,
- custom made exhaust manifold,
- HX35 with 12cm housing, int. wastegated (bored out),
Fuel:
- Bosch 044,
- 630cc injectors,
- FPR - don't remember the brand,
- using V-Power Racing 99 octane,
Vems as management system.
Suspension:
Tein SuperStreet with Cambers
polybushes everywhere
Front and rear alu strut bar
Brakes:
D2 Racing 8Pot calipers with 330mm disc on front, and 300ZX calipers and discs on rear.
