    Hello. What does IIRC meen?? And i also saw imaho or imho or something like it somewere here and Lmao. I speek fluent english (should do since i am from England ) But never seen theese words before. there are a few more of these "Shorty-words" i have seen aswell, cant think of them now just. Must say i have lived in sweden for the past 20 years so thats maybe why i am not up to date.

      IIRC = if i recall correctly
      AFAIK = as far as I know
      IM[H]O = in my [humble] opinion
      STFU = shut the f*** up
      lmao = laughing my a** off
      BTDT = been there done that
      PITA = pain in the a**
      RO[t]FL = rolling on [the] floor laughing
      HTH = hope that helps

        Took me a while to figure out, think theres a list of them somewhere though.

        IIRC = If I Remember Correctly
        IMHO = In My Honest Opinion
        HTH = Hope That Helps
        TBH = To Be Honest
        PMSL = Piss My Self Laughing
        LOL = Laugh Out Loud

        Thats all i can remember of the top of my head at the mo.

              I have to say I agree with you, I hate these abbreviations.
              Bit of a traditionalist when it comes to the English language

              IIRC = If I remember correctly
              IMHO= in my honest opinion (I think)

              In one of Jeremy Clarkson's books he slates these abbreviations

                  Some of the worst written English I've seen on here has been posted by British members

                  I'm sure there are websites full of definitions of acronyms for commonly used statements like IIRC (If I remember correctly) no doubt someone will point us in the right direction.
