Seeing as my parts never showed up, and all I got was "I will ship ASAP-tomorrow" and nothing more from flexx, I decided to contact the heilbronn police.
They were very helpful:
"Your Complaint against Mr. Ata Shpend will be investigated by the Police Department Heilbronn under the case-No.: ST/0738841/2008"
I've already sent all the information regarding my transaction with "flexx"/Psychosoldier"
and our mail history. I mentioned to the policeman that there were several others that has been victims of flexx's fraud, and he urged me to forward all information to him.
I was really hoping for my parts to show up, however it seems that is never going to happen.
