If this happened in the UK then he won't have a leg to stand on as the statement of purpose is enough. Remember in the UK ignorance is NOT a defense in law.

If however it happened in the USA where you have to be told then I guess there will be a successful lawsuit with 4 gzillion Dollars awarded in punitive damages (he will claim mental anguish for being internationally laughed at) as it did not say in 8 foot high neon letters on the bottle: -

'HEY STUPID....YES YOU..... DO NOT POUR IN YOUR PETROL TANK, DO NOT MICROWAVE, DO NOT GO INTO THE BACK AND MAKE A CUP OF TEA WHILST IN CRUISE CONTROL MODE, HOT CONTENTS MAY BE HOT (THAT MEANS IT WILL BURN YOUR MOUTH DUMBASS), OBJECTS IN THE REVIEW MIRROR... (yadda yadda)'

    Cheers n

    Si

This is hilarious... If the NOS drink people and the NOS fuel additive people get their heads together with a clever marketing campaign they could split the difference and replace that poor soul's motorcycle - he doesn't really deserve it of course, for being that stupid, but part of me feels sorry for him and he has brought a lot of brand awareness to both companies in a curious way.

Now, to be fair to him, he can't read very well and those bottles DID look like NOS(tm) brand nitrous oxide cylinders so...., being America, he should do the normal thing and sue the H*LL out of the NOS corp for making those drink bottles look like that.

Remember, in America, the McDonald's coffee cups now have a warning on them that the coffee might be hot (somebody once sued them because they spilt their coffee in their lap while driving). Perhaps NOS needed to put a warning on the energy drink to NOT put it in the gas tank. It's their fault. SUE!!

LOL i see that this made it on here!!!

sorry to burst you bubble UrS4boy but the NOS energy drink bottle clearly say "energy drink" on the front label. see pic below

and here is a bottle of the NOS fuel additive bottle. so he wont win a lawsuit!!
