Well after spending time fixing her I thought today would be a good time to see about starting to give her a good spring clean.
Quick Jetwash then break out the paint restorer. got a wing done before the rain started but noticing the affect the elements are having, shes finally starting to suffer
I have tin worm on the bottom of most of the pillars under the matt finish. Drivers side wing looks a bit iffy in the lower corner. Trim on the bottom of the doors is going badly, few dings and scratches from being used as a daily drive and the bonnet looks like somone fired a shotgun at the front with all the chips. Was actually quite disheartening.
Alloys need a refurb. after my SO complaining she cant park the 100, seems she cant park the S2 either. Then I started on the interior....
Long and short of it, I have a HUGE list of jobs to do to to tart her up and I really feel a bit down about it all. Anyone else been here?
Worst bit is the damage the dogs have done to the back seat and the fur. I'll have to take the seats out to get rid of it all. Dogs are supposed to be in the boot only but sometimes she puts them on the bench. Mud ground into the seats and pawprints everywhere.
How much am I looking at for a professional deep clean, does anyone know?
Also, how much of an a??e is replacing the carpet?
