Cheers Nightrider, Have a presentation to do on Myself so just finishing off the finer points as we speak..... I have no problem sitting in front of people and talking about stuff to do with work, quite quick at that on the response side too, Just never done the whole talk about yourself thing as I always manage to swing it round to working practices and procedures again
