The Teeth on my sprockets are cut with a gear cutting machine.
The time it takes to cut the teeth on this machine is what you end up paying for.
The result is that the teeth are matched 100% to the profile of the belt.
Thers a slight difference in the material grade and the fact that my sprocket is a single piece.

mine are also cut by a gear cutting specialists and heat treated you cant even file it its that hard .
the teeth are not a problem when you try the belt it sits spot on . the seperate key can be checked and changed every belt change rather than changing the whole sprocket .
