    Finally the fuel system is assembled.
    Now I have J5.1 fuel injection.
    Said goodbye to old KE-Jet

      Little update.
      Finally assembled all the sensors, and made calibration.
      Now my engine bay is looking like that.


      Also I have a short video about system calibration.
      Now I can do diagnostics with usual K-Line adapter to OBD2 from my ECU.
      Parts much more cheaper than original ones from KE-Jet system.
      It drives also better, especially from 2000 to 5000.

        Two more pics of intake.
        As you can see - I have used Honda Integra DC2 air filter, fuel ramp with external fuel regulator, idle controller in external body, and other things.

                Just wanted to make it rather clear.
                So...started collecting and making parts this June.
                Installed in couple of weekends.
                Next is making 3D model of “hidraulic” handbrake for using in winter competitions. Stock handbrake is not so convenient to use while driving fast on the track. So I have to make an adapter for vertical handle and so on.

                  Bought an oil catch can on Ali with 15mm inputs, and decided to put it near the exhaust to keep it rather hot.
                  My fresh electronic fuel injection works really nice, sound is good too.
                  As a result - I have returned all the horses (390kgs of air/3 = 130ps). Fuel consumption is the same, but it seems to me that torque is little bit higher due to electronic injectors with 192cc capacity and another time of cycle injection.

                    What car is the rubber air intake from? Is that original for the KE jet engine?

                    I'm interested as it looks like it might work on the 7a engine as well, maybe with some modification / adapters.

                      It is something which I am shy to tell
                      Okay, its a rubber from Lada 2111 8v. But in Lada that end is connected to MAF sensor, because it is rather big in diameter.
                      I decided to try it on throttle body snd succedd.

                        As you may know - stock rubber has 2 inputs:
                        - for idle regulator (which also goes to injectors ventilation)
                        - for carter gas ventilation

                        In my case I had to find any rubber with at least 1 input.

                        So I connected idle regulator to it.

                        Carter gas ventilation will go to oil catch can input. And that can’s output will end with a small filter for reducing poison

                          That is possibly the find of the decade! ​​​​​​

                          The thing I noticed was the hole for the Idle control valve - seems to be in just the right place. The lada hose is round but seems to stretch to fit round the oval throttle body which is good.

                          I'm don't care what brand of car the hose is from, I'm going to have look for one as 7a intake hoses are not available for audi tradition any more and the second hand ones out there are all going soft and splitting

                                But... why sell S2 bumper? And why not other engine swap? It's enought with 130ps?
