ECU Pin Out + Poor Fuel Consumption?

Where can I get my get my hands on an ECU pin out for a A4 1.9 TDI 130 MY2003?
Codes:
17983 P1575 Right Eng. Mount Solenoid Valve Short to B+
17979 P1571 Left Eng. Mount Solenoid Valve Short to B+

(Why are the engine mounts electro hyrdraulic?)



Also same car only getting 36 /67 MPG average? No codes bar the above no flat spots all data apears to withing tolerances in VAG COM, MASS Air Flow, Boost Pressure, Throttle Position etc?

Only thing that stands out is when logging and graphing the injection pulse data the actual injection pulse is always 25% less than the requested injection pulse? Car drives fine but be honest feels more like a 115 than a 130 but I havent had on RR to check just feels a little dozy?

Any ideas anyone? I have had it suggested that some of the 130's in 2003 is did suffer from poor fuel consumption and it was the stock MAP at fault. Supposedly Audi remapped them if customers complained FOC at the time? Not sure how true this is though?

Any help or points of view any any of the above would be greatfully recieved even if it just gives me some other food for thought to look into?
