Right, I'm relocating my Transport Company business due to expansion, and am about to take on the lease of a new "secure", covered unit.
The unit is actually twice the size of what I need, but due to leasing restrictions, they won't allow smaller sized units to be used for anything classed as the motor trade.
This basically means, I am having to take on a bigger unit which will comfortably hold 20-25 cars. I only need the space 10 so am offering anybody off here if they would be interested in secure storage for their vehicle at a prefferential rate?
The unit is located on a secure industrial estate in Four Ashes between Wolverhampton and Stafford and about 3 minutes from Junction 12 of the M6. The perimiter is high barbed fencing, and has security on the entrance from 18:00 hours onwards.
We have contracts to deliver new Saab's, Vauxhalls, Fords, Hondas, Toyota's and Daf's chassis as well as many other leasing / hire vehicles and companies such as Enterprise rent-a-car, Greenhous, Burnt Tree, Opti Lease, Greenhous Commercials so please don't think this is just some fly by night idiot trying to make a quick buck!!
All vehicles are comprehensively insured whilst in our care. We also offer valeting and pre delivery preperation/inspection.
This is the unit
The rate would be £10 a week (which is a lot less than I charge my customers!!), includes insurance, and secure internal parking. This will be payable 1 month in advance with a minimum term of 3 months.
Access is only available during office hours Monday to Friday or at weekend by prior arrangement as I only live less than 5 minutes away and it's always good to give the RS2 a blast!!
If you are interested in having a nice secure place for your car, whether it be your Audi or some other toy you have hiding away, then please feel free to pm me.
I'm not out to make a profit from fellow car enthusiasts as I can make enough from my customers to cover the most, I'm just trying to justify to myself, my wife and my bank that it is a viable proposition to take on a larger unit and not continue looking for a smaller one!
