Here I have a fully rebuilt 7a cylinder head for sale, fully converted to ABY spec, needless to say there are no cracks. This head is as good as brand new. It has been very briefly run on my car (1 week) but im selling off parts to try and make money back on the car (desperate times 
). This head would be suitable for a big power engine. The rebuild was done 2 weeks ago and consisted of
welding on hall sensor mount
new valve guides (genuine)
new stem seals (genuine)
Head gasket face skimmed
Sodium filled valves taken from an ABY head
Valve seats re-cut and valves lapped in
ABY cams
All other gasket faces cleaned
New manifold studs and lock nuts
Also included is a set of ARP studs which are £160 to buy new. I have used them once to fit the head, I heard from a number of sources that you can re-use the studs. Not sure though, thats up to you. Hall sensor and cam pulley are included. There are new genuine bosch plugs fitted which where £50
This would cost atleast £1000 to build again including labour.
Looking for offers around £650. You won't find another one as good as this!
