Membership and post count before using for sale and wanted

If you are a newer member there are restrictions on the for sale and wanted areas since we have had issues with scammers. We have added a min membership period and post count before access is granted, once you reach this level you will be able to post in this area.

These measures have been implemented to also encourage users to contribute to the community and not be just about trading.
