Glad you are ok . As for the car, quite a lot of work to put it right.
It really needs to go on a jig to sort the chassis out if you are rebuilding the car.
      good luck.

I too would want to be putting it on a jig...

Nasty knock, good luck and glad you are OK.

I was advised that is would be ok because it hit higher up rather than hitting the bumper and chassis legs.

Bumper was still intact along with front cross member being fine.

Where would one go to get it set up on a jig?

          Cheers!

              Stripped the head down today

4 bent valves, took it to my head builder to get refurbished and ported whilst it's there

So been a little while but my house is eatiing all my money and time at the min with new bathroom and boiler, really i could build the engne back together now but i am still going for the forged rods route so i can easily upgrade turbo in the future

Does anybody know decent engine builders?

So I found a locally body shop who had a jig and had the car measured on a jig alignment system to ensure it was all correct and not bent in anyway.

                        Which it wasn’t!! Luckily,

so I had them fit brand new wings and the other bits a pieces I sourced and got it back home before taking it to a well recommend sprayer known for his perfection

here it is, currently being took apart again and sprayed with its brand new wings and windscreen

looking forward to getting it back!

If this is the scale your house and new bathroom are on then you live in palatial surroundings. Looks fabulous.

Well i can be a bit of a perfectionist but the house is pretty much there except the kitchen but it is liveable so the car is defiantly taking priority even though we are getting married in August . Good job I can do overtime!
