What fuel are you going to use? Interested to see you've gone for a high compression ratio.

Ethanol fuel for full boost driving, 98octane could be usable for very low boost.

Thanks, that was I figured. I wish we could get E85 at the pumps in the UK

Okay nice! But I don't think you'r 1100cc injectors can handle that on e85.

Be interested in what the rear mount rad setup will be.. Mine is being mounted in a saloon and wondering what inline pump to use...

Yeah, it is possible. I have had these for 4 years so i will upgrade when this project is moving.

                      Everybody turning to alcoholists...

I am going to use davies craig ewp150 with 30mm inner diameter aluminium pipes to radiator and back.
With 30mm lines and pump on 100% duty, theoretical water speed is roughly 3.5m/s if i remember correctly.
Air removal plays huge part in making this rear radiator system being effective.

Yesterday we designed exhaust manifold with my friend, who welds manifolds a lot. Old hks/schwitzer hybrid turbo with broken axle was good mock up for size.

                      https://www.facebook.com/luisugarage/

Also i welded boost pipes from ic towards throttle body.
Pipes are 2.5" with 3mm wall strenght, just before TB there will be growth to 3" and hpx-e MAF.
Throttle body is fully electric and also 3", same as in c5 v8, b5 rs4 and so on.

Note to self once again. Do not touch welded aluminium. It is hot.

Not much of a progress, gathered some parts and welded part of boost pipe and mocked up exhaust manifold.
