Drivers side interior door handle

As above, not the metal door handle to release the catch. The handle which holds window switches etc. Tightened with an Allen key.

The innards of mine looking a little sorry for itself, doesn't hold itself plush to door and feels like it's not tightly attached. Must he black.

Any one got one in good condition?
