These are from my note book. Check before you use them to buy anything!
    Left caliper 8E0615423C
    Right caliper 8E0615424C
    Carriers x 2 8E0615425B
    Bolts x4 N01024124
    Pads 4B3698451 Ridex 402B0643
    Discs 8E0615601K (300x22 vented) Ridex 82B0924
I can't find the caliper overhaul kit part numbers at the mo.
When I did mine there seemed to be lots of B6 S4's being broken for parts (timing chain stretch issue) and I got all the parts I needed for £150. I took the registration number of the donor car and used it to order the disc's, pads and overhaul kits. I spoke to Hel directly and they made the pipe up for me to my spec. The only major issue I had was getting the handbrake cable to fit on the calipers. I did consider changing the cables but in the end swapped the lever and It works ok.
My Avant is a 94. The calipers are single piston but big and more that enough for the job.

Second hand S4 B6 rear calipers and carriers. Refurbished with kit from Autodoc.
New vented discs for S4 B6 from Auto doc (you just need to bend the dust shield slightly to fit).
Remove the handbrake levers from your S2 calipers and mount on the S4 calipers.
Custom stainless hose from HEL from calipers to hardline.
    Pics in my rebuild thread.
Do you have any part numbers written down ?

Great . a question what year are your avant ? Is it not any difference from early 93 and late 93 and newer ?
What year was the S4 B6 model ? Is it a single piston caliper ? Size of the disc ?
