Help Please!
My 91 S2 Coupe has been standing for a while with the battery disconnected. I have slow charged the battery, and the indicator on the charger says that the battery is fully charged. I have reconnected the battery, but when the key is turned, nothing at all happens, the starter is not activated, not even a "click". Headlamp, A/C, horn, heater fan and wipers all work. The indicators do not work! Also the clock and lights on the dash are not activated when the key is turned. Additionally, with the key out of the ignition, and obviously without the engine having been even turned over, the cooling fan came on, twice for a few seconds!
I have only looked into the fuse board, and I noticed that, in the location marked "Starter Lockout AT Relay A3" that there was no relay located there, merely a metal connector between to pegs. Is this correct? What else could I check, or what have I done wrong?!
Thanks
Ian
