Wiring in RS4 is better than S2 but yeah

Is the outside of the hose ethanol proof......?

last I heard was that these ethanol proof hoses were specially lined, not a complete change in construction.

You will need a submersible (ethanol proof) hose for that.
I even replaced these with Viton cos they got eaten up.

easiest solution is to install an extra relay, like this:

The final thing was to install a 30A fuse in position 12, not sure if this is needed on our cars the correct thing is to fit a direct to battery harness) but it'll have to do for now and internet wisdom seemed to point to higher than normal current draw on the 450.

Probably because they didnt get the s2 or rs2 over in the states

it depends on the fuel basket size... I used an Fuel hose with clamp to hold in in that stock 7A basket
