    Judging sparkplug condition

    Hi

I just failed my Swedish vehicleinspection due to too high HC-content (hydrocarbon?)
    All other exhaustreadings was ok; co=0,0 , co @ 2500 rpm=0,1 and Lambda=1,00 but HC= around 200.

Today i checked for airleaks but couldn´t find anything significant. The sprakplugs however, looked like this http://picasaweb.google.com/Trankell...60464778441202 I know it´s hard to see but is that colour ok or is it burning too lean? These are Bosch platina plugs with around 15000 km.

I also noticed a lot of oil in the sparkplugholes, so i will order a new headcover gasket tomorrow.
