well.. just a quick question. I´m running without the N75 valve, the connector is connected but there is no hoses in or out from it.. just running with wg spring pressure - 1,5bar. Is this okey or could it affect the idling or something ?

I will soon connect my n75. much easier to controll the boost from the laptop with vemstune

I checked the TPS in vag-com, block 4 and 4:th value.. if it goes from 0100 to 0010 it works.. if if just have 0000 it´s broken like mine was
The broken loom was found when I replaced my spark plugs.

Crap loom without grommets and other required parts (like strain relief blue inserts).

But this wasn't the cause of your problem, if you had a problem with the coil connection it would misfire up top, not on part throttle.

Think I have found the problem now..

replaced my sparkplugs with new NGK V-Power and saw that one cable out from 2 of my coils was loose.. inspected it and plopp...

The str manifold has a T3 flange

The car is mapped kinda smooth since I´m running with stock internals, in the winter I will change the rods and remap it, but not with the motronic ecu. It will be changed out for VEMS pnp instead!

(Possible to change the rods with the engine in car ?)

the turbo has full boost at 4000rpm (1,7bar)

Everything works great except for the low range (no boost) driving which is strange :s

but as u say it´s a good idea to remap the car, just waiting for money to change out the rods and buy a vems pnp!

Your using an STR manifold with a GT35 ? So you have a k26 turbine housing on the
GT35 ? If so it's not surprising you only made 450hp. Also there no point in running a GT35 to produce 450hp, lots of lag for nothing.

I know for a fact the TPS has nothing to do with it.
I also know for a fact that it's most likely mapped like sh*t if it only makes 450hp with a GT35R.

I also happen to know exactly what happens to transient fuel calculations inside the ECU when you stick a big housing onto the MAF and don't recalibrate the MAF maps.

Let's just say - either install a standalone ECU (Nira seems to be popular in sweden) and get it tuned by a professional or fly me over and have me map it on Motronic properly.

Or you can continue playing games with swapping chips from other cars that have little to do with your intake geometry and setup. Best case you'll never get anywhere, worst case you'll blow the thing up.

That's all I will say on this topic.

But all the parts are mapped in a rs2 before I bought everything.. and the problems just accoure when cruising around without boost..

I still think it´s the tps, I will the tps tonight and take the car out for a spin and see! Hopefully I get a fault code if something is wrong!

I am guessing that the problem is mapping, specifically big housing.

Probably nothing wrong with your car, if it never worked after this upgrade and worked fine before.

Stock head(stock cams) and stock bottom (AAN)
    1,8t ignition coils
    gt35rr bb
    deka 630cc
    rs2 maf with bigger housing
    rs2 fpr 3,8bar
rs2 ecu mapped by turbo center in stockholm (450hp)
    rs2 str exhaust manifold
3" downpipe and 3" straight exhaust
    forge valve
front mounted ic with 2,5" piping
new gaskets everywere including injector bungs
new multitemp sensor and ecu temp sensor
camshaft sensor in a modified disty driven by the camshaft

Stil stock fuel pump since the car ain´t finished yet, new arrives next weak!

everything comes from a rs2, just bolted it up on my car!

Haven´t checked the o2 sensor but the sensor has only like 1000km on it..
works as it chould, no faul codes and has good response when meaturing it!

Btw, write a complete list of what's on your car.
If it has 630cc dekas it's not stock.
Also who tuned your car? Has it ever worked after tuning? What cams are you using?

Disconnect O2 sensor and see if the problem goes away.

No boost leak at all, pressure tested everything to 2bar.. the problems doesn´t happen with boost, only at vakuum, when I´m crusing..

The only thing I can imagine is a vakuum leak but I have -7bar at idle on my external boost gauge and 0,7bar in the instrument cluster..

The car idles fine at 960RPM..
