I'm contemplating buying another RS2 turbo which i am told is genuine, however i've been down this road before and unknown to me at the time i ended up buying a Hoffer special.
Until i actually try this turbo for myself, which is getting ever so close now, i can't comment on how it performs.
Anyhow, it is my understanding from trawling the forums that genuine RS2 turbochargers have "cut back blades", and the one i have been looking at doesn't.
Part numbers on both hot and cold side appear correct for RS2 turbo and the turbine outlet measures 54.5mm, hard to tell from the pics if it's exactly this dimension but there or there abouts.
Can anyone shed a bit of light and experience on this matter.
