can the 2,4liter IL5 diesel be used like the 2,5 IL5..... yes it can be used like others big bored/stroked turbo monsterengines ...the differents are like this:bore are 79.5 mm as you know...the stroke are 95,5 also,and the cranck have the same P/N as the 2,5 petrol 110hp used in eurovans... the deckhight are the same like 2,5 liter 236mm....same threeds in the block too...the sylinderTHICKNESS,are ca 6,5-6,7mm on the 2,4liters,only 6,0-6,3 in the 2,5liters....MY block (AAB) have oilsquirters inside .....yes it can be bored to 82,5mm like the 2,3 petrol ones or others 4 sylinders vw/audi engines.if its prob with the head gasget,you have to lay pianostring around the sylinder and multi layer steelgasked

can the 2,4liter IL5 diesel be used like the 2,5 IL5.....
