Replacement head light fixings

    its around a 10 min job.

    Get a non ellipsoid headlight and pop the 7 or 8 metal tabs off and remove the glass (the seal might be stuck on so be gentle)
    remove the level adjuster/fixed adjuster and the side repeater bulb
    pop off the silver outer section of the light thats just a push on trim
    then using a 10mm ratchet with extension start undoing the two adjusters on the back (some are already knackered so a pair of grips to wind them out works)
    remove the two spade connectors remembering which way they go
    then using a big pair of mole/vice grips pop the plug for the power/etc connector to the light it just twists and goes inwards.

    You will be left with

I am looking for a new headlight but would prefer to just fix that tab (the one by the grill on the bonnet where the screw goes in) Basically I snapped it on mine a few years ago in a crash (notice a running theme here lol) and did an araldite job but its come loose again....

    Just as well they fitted, I would hate to see you upset with that machine gun in one of your pictures. When you ordered these is it just for one side or do you get both sides. I had a look but he doesnt have anymore for sale just now.
