              something like this

i brought a tank it has 2 an10 fittings on the bottom which i have blanked one off and 2 an8's on top and 2 an10's .the goal is to replace the rusting standard fuel tank and fit this alloy one . and the other reason is when i go for 450bhp+ i will need a better pump anyway .which is why i went for new tank and 044 pump .this tank has a sump so do i still need a swirl pot ?

                I would use

-8AN on top for your breather with a roll over valve.
-8AN on top for your return from motor

-10AN on the bottom with a lift pump going to a swirl pot
Swirl pot to Bosch 044 to rail pressure feed

Sack the ****** stock lines of and use -6AN all the way

I would be very tempted to get some -6AN to -10AN convertors so your not buying everything in -10 as it will soon build up £££

i have brought an6 converters for the return and the breather as i could only get an10 or an6 size valve . i am not using rollover valve as i am not ralling with the car.

I would use a roll over valve regardless.

Worst thing that could happen you roll the car and your stuck in side with petrol leaking out your tank into the car with out a firewall as its a coupe?

I forgot the return from the over flow that will need to go to the top of your tank also like this

so looking at that i need another pump low pressure ? or is that just low into the bottom of pump .
its a 4 door car that will have the rear sealed up so will have a firewall
