Which Bulb, Clear or Frosted

Hi all

Looking into changing the lights in my dash to blue but wasn't sure which bulb I should use. Don't know if anyone has used these before.

I'm looking at either buying clear or frosted blue bulbs.

Don't know if anyone knows which ones are better.
